The Viking line of cookware features a 7-layer clad construction (5-ply on stockpots). The middle 5 layers are an excellent combination of aluminum and stainless alloy for superb heat transfer. The cooking surface layer is 18/10 stainless steel for easy cleanup. The outside layer is also 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed finish for a great look and easy cleanup. The cast stainless steel handle is extra-long and curved. This gives you the best combination of control and comfort when cooking and stays cool to the touch. Made in Belgium.
